Please read the following customer/seller agreement before we confirm your orders:

• Hashtag Tees PH agrees to send the order to the Customer in time, and pay initially for the shipping fee at LBC without asking for payment.
• The customer promises to pick up the orders right away once the shipment is ready for pick up, and agrees to pay to the designated LBC branch where the Customer will pick up the orders.
• In scenarios that the Customer isn't available to pick up his/her orders in uncertain situations, the Customer will provide an authorization letter and a valid id, and will assign a representative with a valid id, to pick up the Customer's shipment at LBC. (Download Sample File)
• The Customer agrees to pay for the shipping fee on returns if the customer ordered a wrong product, shirt color & size, and decides to ask for replacement. The Customer agrees that Hashtag Tees PH will not approve return request for quantity three (3) pieces and above.
• The Customer agrees to inform Hashtag Tees PH the time the Customer receives the shipment.
• Hashtag Tees PH performs thorough quality control before shipment. If there are any damage reported by the Customer upon receiving of the product, Hashtag Tees PH will conduct investigation and will send a replacement after all necessary information are provided by the customer.
• In case the Customer did not pick up his orders in any reasons, or violated any of the terms above, Hashtag Tees PH will tag the Customer as a bogus buyer, and will be posted on the bogus buyer list. (click here to see bogus buyer list)
